Our luxury cottages and villas offer you motel style, self-contained accommodation in Taupo New Zealand NZ, set in over an acre of grounds with gardens and abundant bird life.

Each Unit has full kitchen facilities, and LCD Television sets with SKY Digital TV.

There are super-comfortable queen or king size beds in the master bedrooms and twin beds in other bedrooms. Most have baths and showers, but most of the Villas have a separate spa bath.

FREE high-speed wireless internet means all Villas and Cottages are well equipped for those on business or wanting to stay in touch with family and friends around the world.

Our Villas sleep from 1 up to 6, with some interconnecting; & our Cottages may sleep up to 8 - ideal places for getaways with friends and family.

Cancellation Policy If you are unable to make your reservation with us please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your intended day of arrival, otherwise you may be charged for one nights' accommodation.
